1.Who operates Naudokis
Naudokis is operated by MB “Naudokis” (company code 307423504), registered address Numėjos g. 6, LT-08402 Vilnius, Lithuania.
2.Delete your account in the app
- Open the Naudokis app and sign in.
- Go to Account → Delete account.
- Confirm again by signing in with your password or through Apple, Google or Facebook.
- Your account is disabled immediately and deletion is queued.
3.Don’t have the app installed?
Email info@naudokis.lt from your account’s email address and request account deletion — we process it the same way.
4.What is deleted
- Profile and photo
- Identity, phone and email verification records
- App notification settings and notification identifiers
- Saved items, blocks and mutes
Your listings, reservations, chat messages and reviews are anonymised — they remain visible to the other party but no longer carry your name or contact details.
5.What is retained
Certain payment, accounting, tax, DAC7 and legal-defence records are kept as required by Lithuanian and EU law for statutory periods, which may be 5 to 10 years or longer where the law requires. Safety and content-moderation reports are kept for up to 3 years. After these periods the data is deleted.
