Account & Data Deletion

Naudokis is operated by MB “Naudokis” (company code 307423504), registered address Numėjos g. 6, LT-08402 Vilnius, Lithuania.

1. Open the Naudokis app and sign in. 2. Go to Account → Delete account. 3. Re-authenticate (your password or social login) to confirm. 4. Your account is disabled immediately and deletion is queued. You then have a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel the deletion using the link in the email we send you. After the grace period, your account is permanently deleted.

Email info@naudokis.lt from your account’s email address and request account deletion — we process it the same way.

• Profile and photo • Identity, phone and email verification records • Notification settings and push tokens • Favorites, blocks and mutes Your listings, bookings, chat messages and reviews are anonymized — they remain visible to the other party but no longer carry your name or contact details.

Certain payment, accounting, tax, DAC7 and legal-defence records are kept as required by Lithuanian and EU law for statutory periods, which may be 5 to 10 years or longer where the law requires. Safety and content-moderation reports are kept for up to 3 years. After these periods the data is deleted.
