Start with the space and guest count
The easiest way to plan event equipment is around the venue and the number of guests. For an outdoor celebration, first establish what size tent or pavilion will fit, how many tables and chairs are required and whether additional lighting, heating or other infrastructure is needed.
Choose the largest items before the details
Browse tents and pavilions, tables, chairs, serving equipment, decorations, event lighting, photo backdrops, food and drink machines, games and other party equipment. When several groups of items are needed, choose the tent, furniture and core layout first, then fit decoration and entertainment around them.
Delivery, setup and return
For large event equipment, confirm delivery, assembly and collection in advance. A tent may depend on the ground, anchoring options and vehicle access; other equipment may require power. Where many identical items are involved, count them at handover and agree cleaning, return and missing or damaged-item terms beforehand.
