Rent what you need. Earn from what you already own.
Naudokis connects renters with private and business owners and provides the tools for a smooth rental process. The rental agreement is made directly between the parties.
Renter
From search to return – four clear steps to rent an item for a day, a weekend or a project.
Check the item’s description, condition, location and handover options. Weigh up the owner’s profile, their completed checks and reviews from earlier rentals.
Choose your rental dates and handover method, then review the final amount, the deposit and the cancellation terms. Once you authorise payment, the request is sent to the owner.
At pickup or delivery, check the item’s condition, what it comes with and its accessories. Save photos and notes in the app.
Record the item’s condition again at return, confirm the return, and leave a review once the rental is complete.
Owner
From listing to payout – four clear steps to help you turn idle items into income.
Add clear photos, describe the item’s condition and what it comes with, and set the price, deposit, handover methods and cancellation terms.
Review the renter’s profile, the rental dates and the final amount. Accept or decline the request by the deadline shown.
When you hand the item over and when you take it back, record its condition, what it comes with, photos and notes in the app.
Once the return is confirmed and the payout conditions are met, the payout is initiated. If a problem comes up, submit a claim and evidence within the deadline shown in the app.
Clearer rentals for both sides
Rental payment after the owner accepts
The rental price, platform fees and deposit amount are shown before you send the request. The full amount is authorised first; after the owner accepts, the rental and fees are charged while the deposit remains a card hold.
You know who you rent from
Check the owner's identity badge where verification is complete and earlier rental reviews where available. Only participants in completed reservations can leave reviews; having no reviews is not a positive rating.
Deposit hold and cancellation terms – upfront
You see the deposit amount and cancellation terms before sending a request. The deposit is held on the card. After the claim window, the hold is released unless a dispute remains unresolved or a claim payment is being processed.
Clearer rentals for both sides
You see the fees before you accept a request
You can publish a listing with no upfront fee. The platform fees that apply to a specific reservation are shown clearly before you accept the request.
You decide who to rent to
Review the renter's profile and displayed verification badges, rental dates and final amount before deciding. Accept or decline the request within its applicable deadline.
Condition records and a clear claims process
Handover and return records are saved in the app. Submit any damage claim with initial evidence promptly, no later than the deadline shown on the reservation.

Reserve the item in the app
Choose your rental dates and handover method, review the final amount, then authorise payment. The request is then sent to the owner.
Common questions
Clear answers about reservations, payment, cancellation, deposits and returning the item.
When you send a request, the full amount is only authorised – the reservation is not yet confirmed. Once the owner accepts, the rental and fees are charged while the deposit amount remains a card hold under the terms shown in the app.
Listings specify a flexible, moderate or strict cancellation policy. The refundable rental share depends on that policy and the time before the rental starts; non-refundable fees are disclosed separately. Read the specific terms before authorising payment. For cancellation before handover, the deposit hold is released under the reservation's applicable terms.
The deposit amount is held on the card but is not normally charged. After the claim window, the hold is released unless a dispute remains unresolved or a claim payment is being processed. An approved claim may charge all or part of it. A deposit is not insurance and does not cap liability – a justified claim can exceed it.
When you collect and return the item, check its condition, what it comes with, its accessories, any visible defects and, where applicable, the serial number. Save clear photos or video in the app and flag anything that does not match. These records can become important evidence if a claim is examined.
For each started 24-hour period of delay, a fee of two days’ rental price may apply. The current policy includes a three-hour grace period, followed by a charge for each commenced 24-hour period. The rules recorded for older bookings may differ. The total cannot exceed the lower of two limits: seven days’ rental price, or the item’s replacement value stated in the listing. The exact formula and the maximum possible amount are shown before you confirm payment.
For some features, users have to confirm their email, phone number or identity. The payment service provider may also run its own payment and compliance checks. These checks do not assess an item’s condition and do not guarantee the outcome of a rental. Naudokis does not physically inspect every item or handover, so review the listing, the owner’s profile and the item itself before renting.
Common questions
Clear answers about listings, requests, payouts, claims and renting out as a business.
You can publish a listing with no upfront fee. Platform fees for a specific reservation are shown before you accept the request. Any change to those fees applies only to future reservations.
No. Before you decide, review the renter’s profile, the rental dates and the final amount. Accept or decline the request by the deadline shown. If you do not respond in time, the request lapses and the renter’s payment is not taken.
A payout is initiated after proper rental completion and final payment settlement, provided there is no dispute, refund, additional review or account, compliance or tax restriction. A confirmed return alone does not guarantee a payout. Transfer timing depends on the payment provider, bank and any checks.
Record damage at return and submit the claim with initial evidence promptly. The deposit-claim window is 24 hours, but its starting point depends on the reservation's return and completion state. Follow the deadline shown in the app, which also provides response and additional-evidence deadlines.
The cancellation policy chosen for the listing applies – flexible, moderate or strict. If you chose no policy, moderate applies. The refundable share of the rental-and-delivery amount follows that policy. Releasing the deposit hold and handling any claim are separate from refunding the rental price.
When you rent out as a business, you are yourself responsible for the consumer protection, product safety, tax, VAT, invoicing and accounting obligations that apply to you. Business status is shown on your profile and during the reservation. You may need to confirm your business details, right of representation, tax details and consent to invoices being issued in your name. If the required information is missing, publishing listings, accepting requests or payouts may be restricted.
